including plenty of leafy greens like spinach and kale and mosh and swiss chard romaine and butter lettuce is the second essential step.
Leafy greens are high in the minerals and trace minerals and amino acids and essential fats that our organs,
connective tissue, and central nervous system need to heal, just like fruits.
They are critical to include daily.
And while fortunately the trend today is to eat more leafy greens and more vegetables,
Most of us aren't eating the right amount of the leafy greens frequently enough.
See, when we talk about balance and belief systems,
and everybody has a different balance.
You know, if you hear one person say,
well, I'm all about balance and I like to eat different ways and moderation.
Well, their moderation might not be that great.
It just may not.
They may have a salad once in a while and they think that's moderate
or they think that's balanced.
and so and their salad may not have very different variations of leafy greens
different variables of leafy greens so we could be looking at it being imbalanced we could look
at someone's thought of how their imbalance or in their moderation and the scale that they
created for themselves and how they feel could still not be really right so the information
here is to help you find the real balance, that real moderation, that real balance to what can
help you heal. How many leafy greens do we need? We need a little bit more than we originally
thought. Well, spirit always knew we needed more, but in the consensus of today and how things work.
So let's talk about these leafy greens. How often do you have leafy greens? Are you having enough
spinach every day? Are you having enough cilantro? Some people hate cilantro. Some people like it.
Are you having enough kale? Right now, kale is under attack along with cabbage and collard greens
and cauliflower and broccoli, which those aren't leafy greens. But right now, kale is under attack
for having what's called like the goitrogenic effect, a goitrogen compound that suppresses
the thyroid, you have to understand that is not real truthful information. That is not true. That's
misinformation. It would take barrels and barrels of kale eaten daily, which is impossible to do,
to affect your thyroid with the goitrogen compounds. In fact, people with thyroid issues,
thyroid disease, hypothyroidism get better and their thyroids get better when they eat more kale.
and also other foods like cauliflower, broccoli, and collard greens.
So if you're one that heard that trend or fad, please, this is about you getting better.
You don't need to lose 20, 30 years eating the wrong way to find out that the trend flips
and the information comes out the opposite way.
So what kind of leafy greens are important?
I like to do a mix.
A mix is important because you may have something going on in your life someone else doesn't have.
You may have more stress in your life.
Someone else may have less stress.
So if that someone else has less stress in their life,
maybe it's okay if they're just eating one or two leafy greens for that moment in their life.
What if you have a little bit more stress?
Or what if you have a little bit more responsibility or more demands?
What if you're emotionally being pulled in different directions?
Or too many projects and you're working so hard.
It's good to do a blend of these leafy greens.
Incorporating more of them in different ways in your life to cover things, to cover you.
To make sure that you're safe.
Absolutely.
Because that's what it's all about.
Eating better and making us safer.
making us less prone to disease and illness and so forth.
Leafy greens can perform miracles just like fruits can
and just like other things we're going to talk about.
This is so exciting.
So how can we get you to incorporate different leafy greens in your diet?
Well, some people like smoothies.
So maybe you like a smoothie and we can put some spinach in the smoothie.
We can put fruit in there and add a little spinach.
That's one way of doing it.
Another way is making sure you get one salad a day.
And if you're really daring and bold and you can somehow manage two salads a day, that would be remarkable.
One salad can be a spinach salad, which is spinach.
And then you can have like your cucumbers, tomatoes, and whatever else that you like.
Another salad can be a mixed green salad, kind of more like the wild greens, the mescaline mix.
that's another you know you know that's another option you can have you can also make up your own
your own blend chop up some kale baby kale also you know mature kale and you can chop it up and
throw that in a salad add a little spinach add some butter leaf lettuce and then you can make
your own little leafy green salad and then you know choose what you feel like is is best for
with that salad that you like in your diet, but make sure this is about getting more leafy greens.
So if someone has a belief system out of a different kind of diet, or they have a different
direction, this is about bringing this into their program so we can get you the benefits that we
need. Greens, leafy greens help someone spiritually strengthen, emotionally strengthen. Yes,
emotionally strengthened because we kind of get a little bit broken along the way here on earth.
There's so much getting thrown at us and there's so many different things that we deal with
and leafy greens, believe it or not, really do support that part of us. It supports our,
you know, if we're in our trials, different trials that were going on in our life,
different emotional responsibilities conflict adversity anything that we run across as we're
in in this life and we're you know battling darkness and we're working for the light and
living for the light and as we're doing that you know we need these leafy greens as support
because that's what they do they offer support for us they have minerals they have vitamins
antioxidants too believe it or not not as many antioxidants as fruit but that doesn't matter
because leafy greens make you alkaline alkalinity let's talk about that everybody's trying to make
alkaline water everybody's talking about alkalinity because when you're more alkaline
right we fight disease leafy greens give us that alkalinity that our body really loves
so if you're really about getting alkaline which is important that's an important fact or
important way to heal you want to incorporate more of those leafy greens hey if you're someone
that just likes a little parsley and a little bit of lettuce pick the butter leaf lettuce
the omega-3s the fatty acids that are in butter leaf lettuce that's really a powerful super food
put some parsley and butter leaf lettuce together everybody has a little different approach
experiment. Take one day at a time. I'm just happy that you're moving forward and you're working
towards healing and you're bringing in some of these leafy greens. That makes me so happy.
That's what I care about for you. So whatever you're doing it, that means if you're not eating
good or you know you're not supposed to eat something that you're eating, if you're bringing
in those leafy greens, you counterbalance so much. Make that, you know, the reason why you have to
bring in more leafy greens, because you know you may not be eating so good on other ways,
but bring in more of those leafy greens. Swiss chard, that's an amazing one. Cabbage, you know,
the cabbage is incredible. Cabbage leaves are wonderful. It's kind of not technically the leafy
green, but it's actually close. And like I said, mosh before and parsley, mescaline mix, wild greens,
dandelion greens are really important. Think about those. You know, I saw some dandelions
growing in somebody's yard, in my friend's yard, and I just went and plucked them out. You've heard
that before. You can actually eat those. Well, that's an amazing food. I plucked them out,
chopped them up, threw it on a salad.
And take one day at a time.
I'm with you.
I support you.
I'm behind you.
We're going to go through these steps one by one,
and we're going to incorporate little bits and pieces,
and we're going to make sure you start getting the benefits you deserve.
Blessings.
I'll see you on the next step.
